Andrew Hampton

Andrew has recently been mentoring headteachers, including new heads. His expertise has also enabled one headteacher to resolve an employment dispute and re-establish her relationship with her employer.
Following on from the delivery of his on-line course for NCTL, on Effective headship within the independent sector, Andrew has also been requested to assist delegates with interview preparation, including reflective pieces, preparing CVS and letters of application.
It is also with great pleasure that we announce Andrew is chair designate to the Independent schools Association (ISA).
