People respond to leaders who can articulate a clear and achievable vision; who possess integrity and are prepared to invest in their people, whilst holding them to account. Effective change is usually incremental and built on trust. When people feel valued and empowered to lead with a sense of collective purpose, they are able to recognise the value of change and are more likely to embrace and embed it, as part of their working practice.

Nevertheless it is also vital that change does not happen without careful analysis of what is successful and an undertaking to be as transparent as possible towards all within the organisation. By working alongside you we jointly determine where, and how change will occur.  My expertise covers a variety of areas and I can work in person, or online. I work with boards to evaluate their impact, develop their teams, evaluate their progress and mediate where necessary. I have coached senior members of the armed forces, enabling them to progress in their careers. DLB can facilitate an event, write material on your behalf, speak at conferences and engagements and empower individuals and teams. I frequently work with governing bodies to sharpen their focus and evaluate the effectiveness of their accountability measures.
